It Lives

It lives to ride another day.I don't think i want to get it dirty.

thur workout- trainer (rolling hills) low resistance -low cadence 2min on. High resistance- high cadence 1min on over and over and over.

Yes Greg i do like the ergon's they are good for longer races.

Hey Kevin the old parts are in my basement in a bucket Fox fork,xt stuff and Scott cockpit.
