I am not sure what “low impact” cycling is but I know that 1st B-days are special. Congratulations!

Hey thanks guys she also slept like a rock last night.

Low Impact- Work out that is good on the heart but easy on the joints.Cycling is a low impact activity, but you can still injure yourself if you have the wrong size bike or the saddle and handlebars are at the wrong height. So when i say low impact it is my way of saying that i rode very easy without pushing hard or standing.Low impact excercise is often used in conjunction with the words gentle, easy or light and is often recommened for people who don't want a high intensity workout.(that is what the voices in my head told me)

Cory over and out.

Have fun with her Cory, and don't believe the terrible 2's... My kids were the most fun at that age!

And Dave- low impact for you would be 6 hours on rollers, upside down in a meat locker, with hungry wolves underneath you!- for the rest of - What Cory said.

i agree with greg - the age 2 was great. but every kid is different.

dave may not understand "low impact", maybe "low intensity" would help him understand... or maybe it's the "low anything" that throws him off. the rest of us understood you clearly cory.

i saw dave doing some "high impact" intervals on the fruit bowl the other night though - yikes. talk about high in fiber!
