Training is going well doing pretty much the same as before.I can hardly wait for some warmer temps
without a windchill,i would like to start getting in some longer rides.I haven't heard back from
Jamis yet about my frame.I stopped by the shop in town and it looks like Don's frame is in.I also saw a sign that they were going to put up stating there $50.00 per hr shop rate.I won't comment on that one except for i am glad i don't have to pay that.

amen to the longer rides.
OMG!
I am sooooo stale. A long ride in the baking heat, skirting the corners of wheat fields would be heaven. Single track would do the trick as well. Hell I take monkey trails at this point.
$50… an hour… for what
$50.00 an hr to work on bike's.What do you guys think of that?
Let’s see: Dale and friends are great people and the going rate in the city is about $35 (total cost –extra parts not included) for a tune up. I will do it for some pizza or free if you say please. I guess those pockets are deep in Portage.
seems pretty steep, but we all have to make money right.
I think it is too high for portage but i have been wrong before.
Do your own work!
Then you only have yourself to blame... plus, no one does it better.- although I have been known to work for beer.
I hope you like lucky lager?
Anything is good, (drinkable?) as long as it's cold!
