Riding Mountain

Looks like i will be spending a lot of time riding in and around Riding Mountain Park  because i just bought a seasonal camping site to park my trailer on.  As funny as it sounds i have never rode a bike there.I hear it is pretty good.  The reason i picked this area is because there is so much to do there not just for me but for the family as well.  Now i just have to wait for the snow to melt.

I like doing gate to gate there. Best road ride in the province.

I'll have to try it.

Cory, you are going to love the MTB-ing there big time.

Lots of variety:
Clear Lake shoreline circle - nice
Central Trail - good connector to more challenging side trails
East Escartment Trails - Jet, Packhorse & Bald Hill are great
Moon Lake is a nice little challenge - get sloppy though!
Ochre River Trail's alright and the Grey Owl out&back is pretty good too unless really wet.

Serious good times ahead for you - enjoy!

You should get in touch with the Manitoba Escarpment Trail Society. They're doing some trail work in the park to make a good place to ride even better. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Manitoba-Escarpment-Trail-Society/168381541677
